Mr. Le's practice is primarily directed to preparing and prosecuting patent applications for U.S. and foreign clients in the electrical, software, and mechanical arts. Mr. Le has extensive experience in handling patent-related matters concerning display devices (including plasma display panels, cathode ray tubes, laser projectors), semiconductor products and processes (including chip manufacturing and packaging, laser drilling), advanced electronic circuitry, web-based applications (including data warehouses, data mining, on-line retailing, business method applications), and mechanical applications of various complexity (including automobile parts, disposable garments and civil engineering structures).

Mr. Le holds Bachelor of Science and Masters of Science Degrees from foreign universities with a major in Electronics and Relay Protection of Power Systems, and a Master of Intellectual Property Degree from Franklin Pierce Law Center.

Mr. Le worked for many years for a major in intellectual property law firm in Vietnam before joining the Firm. Mr. Le has experience in handling all aspects of intellectual property in Vietnam with primary emphasis on patent and industrial design applications. Mr. Le, servers now as a Registered Patent Agent for the Firm.
