Kwang Y. Chae

Kwang Yup Chae, an associate attorney, born Seoul, Republic of Korea in 1971, focuses his practice on the intellectual property matters, including preparation and prosecution of U.S. federal trademark applications before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, and counseling of clients on a broad spectrum of related intellectual property matters in the inter partes proceedings and ex parte proceedings. Mr. Chae also has various administrative experiences in the field of U.S. patent prosecutions, and litigations in the U.S. federal courts. Mr. Chae has been admitted in the New York State since January 2002.
