Ching-Cheng (Tony) Chang

Mr. Chang’s practice is primarily directed to preparing and prosecuting patent applications for U.S. and foreign clients in electrical and mechanical arts.
Mr. Chang has over three years of engineering experience in the areas of wireless communications, including circuit design and programming. He also served as a patent engineer in a Taiwanese electronic company for three years before joining the Firm.
Mr. Chang holds a Juris Doctor degree from the Temple University Beasley School of Law, and a Master’s degree in Communication Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from National Taiwan University.
