Dongjin Park

Dongjin Park is a Technical Specialist at Hauptman Ham LLP with a strong background in electrical engineering and international patent prosecution. His practice focuses on the preparation and prosecution of patent applications in the electrical and computer engineering fields, including machine learning, telecommunications, and semiconductor technologies.

Mr. Park has more than ten years of professional experience in patent law. Before joining Hauptman Ham LLP, he served as a Korean Patent Attorney with several leading intellectual property law firms in Seoul. He has represented a wide range of clients, including Samsung Electronics, Hyundai Motor Company, and Mitsubishi Electric, as well as major research institutions such as Korea University, Yonsei University, and the Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute.

His experience includes drafting and prosecuting Korean, U.S., European, Japanese, and Chinese patent applications; managing R&D-related IP projects for government agencies; and handling patent infringement litigation and inter partes reviews. His technical expertise and cross-border IP experience enable him to provide strategic counsel to clients seeking to protect their innovations in global markets.
