Ronald Pawlikowski is a seasoned intellectual property attorney and registered patent attorney with extensive experience in patent portfolio management, global intellectual property strategy, patent prosecution, and patent litigation.
A Partner at Hauptman Ham LLP, Mr. Pawlikowski focuses his practice on client counseling in all phases of preparation and prosecution of U.S. and international patent applications, including appellate practice before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. He provides strategic guidance to clients ranging from startups to multinational corporations and supports litigation matters involving patent infringement, non-infringement, validity, and invalidity. Prior to his legal career, Mr. Pawlikowski worked in industry as a telecommunications engineer, application/software engineer, and electromagnetic compliance test engineer, and is a named inventor on a U.S. utility patent. Leveraging his experience as both engineer and inventor, he counsels clients on obtaining and enforcing patent protection across a wide variety of technologies, providing practical, business-oriented solutions for diverse sectors.
